BIC Markets: an office at Sangkat Tonle Bassak

What the team found

BIC Markets publishes No 462, St 93, Sangkat Tonle Bassak, Khan Chomkarmon Phnom Penh, Cambodia as its office. The address is in Phnom Penh. The team were let up and found a reception with the company's name on it.

The team recorded that BIC Markets has a real office at the address it publishes. That says nothing about its regulation, pricing or treatment of clients, which the profile covers separately.

The checks

The checks that decided this outcome, from the visit checklist.

What Phnom Penh looks like across the set

Phnom Penh accounts for 13 of the addresses the team has visited. Across the 12 other visits to the city, the team confirmed an office once and could not get access 11 times.

The reports either side of this one in Phnom Penh are BLACKWELL GLOBAL, Broker Jet and G-LINK, and reading two or three together is usually more telling than any single visit.

This report follows the pattern for Phnom Penh.

Reading the checks together

In short, the building was the one the address names, there was no sign for the company outside and reception confirmed it. No single check settles an outcome on its own, which is why each one is listed above rather than folded into a verdict.

What this outcome means

Office presence confirmed. The broker or relevant entity was identified at the visited address using the evidence described in the report.

A field survey confirms only what was observed at the stated address and time. It does not verify regulatory status, client-money handling, trading conditions or financial strength. The photographs are the team's own, taken at the location on the day, and may be cropped for privacy. Read how surveys are conducted.
