- the cited domain or online presence is the focus of the notice.
- False or misleading licence claim
- a regulatory claim could not be supported.
- Scam or fraud alert
- the authority describes suspected fraudulent conduct.
- Enforcement action
- the authority reports formal action against a firm or person.
- Consumer notice
- a broader warning relevant to a product, practice or market.
Check a regulator's own warning list
Most authorities publish their warnings on the same register that lists the firms they license. These are the registers for the authorities represented on the database.
