Who we are
88 Forex Brokers is published by Three String Guitar Pty Ltd, trading as Affilitize, an Australian company. Contact details are on the contact page.
What the site is
An information service. The records, scores, rankings and survey reports are our assessment of published material and of what our researchers observed, and they are provided as they are. They are not financial advice, and we are not a broker, a financial adviser or a dispute-resolution body.
Accuracy
We check records against their sources and correct them when told they are wrong, but broker terms change and we do not guarantee that any record is current or complete. Confirm anything material with the broker before you act on it.
Accounts
You can create one account, with a real email address you control, and you are responsible for what is posted from it. We can suspend or close an account that breaks the community rules or is used to deceive. You can close your account at any time from your account page.
Your content
By posting a review, a complaint, a question or an answer you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for format and privacy, and archive it on the site and in our feeds, and you confirm that it is your own first-hand experience and, to your knowledge, true. You keep the copyright. We can remove content that breaks the community rules, and we will tell you why.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that affects it, republish records wholesale, post another person's private information, impersonate a broker or a person, or use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Our content
The records, reviews, survey reports and photographs are ours or licensed to us. You can quote from them with a link back. Broker names and logos belong to their owners and appear to identify them.
Links to other sites
Links to brokers and other sites are provided for reference, and some earn us a commission as the commercial disclosure explains. We are not responsible for what those sites do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms, and the date at the top is the date of the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
