Community rules
Reviews, complaints and comments describe first-hand experience. These are the rules they are published under.
Content that is not published
Passwords, complete account numbers, identity documents, bank or card details, wallet credentials or private authentication data.
Home addresses, private telephone numbers, personal email addresses or identifying details of uninvolved people.
Threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse or instructions to target an individual.
Fabricated documents, altered evidence or materially misleading excerpts.
Reviews written by broker staff, agencies, affiliates or paid contributors without a clear eligible purpose and disclosure.
Repeated submissions intended to manipulate a rating or pressure a party.
Claims copied from another person and presented as the contributor's own experience.
Unrelated allegations added to an existing complaint thread.
How moderation works
Every submission passes an automated safety check for malware, exposed sensitive identifiers, spam patterns and duplicates, then a check of the account, email and claimed broker relationship where required, then a content review for clarity, first-hand basis, privacy and policy compliance, then an evidence review where private material was supplied, and a match of the brand, entity, website and country before publication.
Moderation assesses publication rules, identity, privacy, relevance and available evidence. It does not adjudicate the commercial or legal dispute. A rejected or removed item carries the applicable rule, its scope and an appeal route, and an appeal is reviewed by a different moderator where practical.
Public notices
Where content is edited to remove private or sensitive information, corrected for formatting without changing its meaning, disputed by the broker, temporarily hidden while a specific report is checked, removed for a stated reason, restricted in a jurisdiction following a valid legal requirement, merged with a duplicate case, translated, or reformatted from a legacy import, the item carries a notice saying so.
Comments, votes and reports
One helpful vote per account; authors and broker accounts cannot vote on their own content. Comments should ask a relevant question or add a first-hand, clearly identified contribution, and must not post another person's private details or an unsupported accusation. Reports select a specific policy reason; a report does not automatically remove content.
