What we publish

Your own experience with a broker, in your own words, under one account. A review says what happened and when. A complaint says what went wrong, what you have asked the broker for and what evidence you can show. A question asks something another trader or the broker can answer.

What we do not publish

• Passwords, account numbers, identity documents, card details or any other private credential.
• Home addresses, private phone numbers or the personal details of people who are not involved.
• Threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse or instructions to target a person.
• Fabricated or altered documents, or excerpts that mislead.
• Reviews written by broker staff, agencies, affiliates or paid contributors without disclosure.
• Repeated submissions meant to move a rating or pressure a party.
• Someone else's story presented as your own.
• Unrelated allegations added to an existing complaint.

How moderation works

A person reads every submission before it is published. They check that it is first-hand, that it names the right broker and entity, that it contains no private information, and that it follows these rules. Where you have offered evidence for a complaint, they may ask to see it privately. Moderation decides what can be published; it does not decide the dispute between you and the broker. If something is not published you are told which rule applied and can appeal, and a different moderator looks at the appeal where practical.

Edits, removals and notices

Published content can be edited to remove private information, corrected for formatting without changing its meaning, hidden while a specific report is checked, removed with the reason shown, or merged with a duplicate. Where that happens the item carries a notice saying so.

Broker responses

A broker that has claimed its profile can respond to a review or complaint about it. The response appears beside the original, labelled as the broker's, and does not change what you wrote.
