Survey outcomes
Every published survey carries one of these outcomes. The badge reflects the evidence recorded for that visit: a shared-office result is never converted into an office not found, and lobby identification alone is never converted into a full operating-office confirmation.

The address connection was supported, but the office type, access or entity presence could not be fully established.
The address appears to be a shared, serviced or coworking location connected with the broker or entity.

How a survey is conducted
The survey follows a predefined physical-address checklist. The researcher records arrival information, building details, directory or reception checks, access outcome and media captured at the location.

Media is shown in visit order and captioned with what it depicts. Images may be cropped or redacted for privacy and security without altering the relevant subject. Real visit photographs and videos are never fabricated or replaced with generated evidence.
Survey scheduling and outcomes cannot be bought. A broker may sponsor unrelated site inventory, but payment does not determine whether a survey occurs or what it concludes.
