Broker licence concerns
Review broker records where the claimed authority, legal entity, website, permissions or current status could not be fully matched. A concern is a research status, not an official finding unless an authority source is explicitly cited.

Every licence on the database is recorded from the broker's own regulatory statement and carries the “Review pending” state until it has been checked against the authority's register. A record that fails that check is listed here with its concern type and resolution status.
Concern types
- Record not found
- The cited record could not be located in the available official register.
- Entity mismatch
- The broker entity differs from the company named in the record.
- Website mismatch
- The broker website is absent from or conflicts with the official record.
- Permission concern
- The record was found, but relevant service permissions were not confirmed.
- Inactive status
- The record is shown as expired, cancelled, revoked, suspended or otherwise inactive.
- Country mismatch
- The cited entity is not confirmed as the entity serving the selected country.
- Source unavailable
- The register could not be accessed or did not expose enough information for verification.
Resolution labels: Open · Broker response received · Rechecking · Resolved · Archived. A resolved concern keeps its earlier state in the record's change history where appropriate.
