What the published address commits to
Equity Trust Hub publishes a floor and a room rather than only a building, which is the more checkable kind of address: it can be walked to and either holds the company or does not.
The picture in EC4R
7 of the addresses the team has visited sit in the EC4R postcode district. Across the 6 other visits to EC4R, the team found nothing 5 times and could not get access once.
Others in the same district include FxcGlobalFx, GreyMax Capital and IG.
Reading the checks together
In short, the building was the one the address names, there was no sign for the company outside, it was not in the building directory and reception could not say either way. No single check settles an outcome on its own, which is why each one is listed above rather than folded into a verdict.
What this outcome means
Office not found. The researcher could not identify the broker or relevant entity at the stated address.
A field survey confirms only what was observed at the stated address and time. It does not verify regulatory status, client-money handling, trading conditions or financial strength. The photographs are the team's own, taken at the location on the day, and may be cropped for privacy. Read how surveys are conducted.
