Luxstar: security at Kensington Gardens says no such company

What the team found

Luxstar publishes Kensington Gardens, No U1317, Lot 7616, Jalan Jumidar Buyong, 87000 Labuan Federal Territory, Malaysia as its office. The address is in Labuan. There was no signage for the company on the building. Security said there was no company of that name in the building, and the lobby directory did not list it.

The team recorded that Luxstar could not be found at the address it publishes.

The checks

The checks that decided this outcome, from the visit checklist.

What Labuan looks like across the set

Labuan accounts for 81 of the addresses the team has visited. Across the 80 other visits to the city, the team confirmed an office 8 times, found nothing 52 times and could not get access 20 times.

The reports either side of this one in Labuan are Market Alliance, Market Equity and masaSKY, and reading two or three together is usually more telling than any single visit.

This report follows the pattern for Labuan.

Reading the checks together

In short, the building was the one the address names, there was no sign for the company outside, it was not in the building directory and reception could not say either way. No single check settles an outcome on its own, which is why each one is listed above rather than folded into a verdict.

What this outcome means

Office not found. The researcher could not identify the broker or relevant entity at the stated address.

A field survey confirms only what was observed at the stated address and time. It does not verify regulatory status, client-money handling, trading conditions or financial strength. The photographs are the team's own, taken at the location on the day, and may be cropped for privacy. Read how surveys are conducted.
