NSFX: the office address is a private home
NSFX publishes Valletta in Valletta. The address is a private home, and nothing there connects it to the company.
What the team found
NSFX publishes Valletta, Malta as its office. The address is a private home, with no lobby, directory or reception that could lead to an office, and nothing on the premises carried the company's name.
The team recorded an address mismatch. Whatever NSFX is, it is not operating from Valletta.
The checks
The checks that decided this outcome, from the visit checklist.
| Check | Result |
|---|---|
| Building match | Did not match |
| External signage | Other signage |
| Reception check | Reception unavailable |
| Address navigation | Address located |
Reading the checks together
In short, the building did not match the address, there was no sign for the company outside and reception could not say either way. No single check settles an outcome on its own, which is why each one is listed above rather than folded into a verdict.
What this outcome means
Address mismatch. The visited location or building information did not match the published broker or entity details.
A field survey confirms only what was observed at the stated address and time. It does not verify regulatory status, client-money handling, trading conditions or financial strength. The photographs are the team's own, taken at the location on the day, and may be cropped for privacy. Read how surveys are conducted.
