UEXO gives Level 2 of the Zentral Building at Dubai World Trade Centre as its office, and that is where the team found it. The company's name is visible from outside, the lobby signage and the lift panel mark the second floor as UEXO's, and with permission the team were shown around a full floor that is not shared with anyone else: a branded reception, separate offices, meeting rooms with the company's name on the wall and open working areas with staff at their desks.

The team recorded that UEXO's Dubai office is real, permanent and at the address the company publishes. That says nothing about its pricing or its treatment of clients, which are covered separately, but on whether UEXO is where it says it is, the answer is yes.
